1915 E145 Cracker Jack SGC-Graded Collection Including Three Hall of Famers (6)

Starting Bid - $300.00, Sold For - $4,640.00

Collection of six 1915 E145 Cracker Jack cards, comprised of three Hall of Famers and three high-demand key non-Hall of Famers, each graded and encapsulated by SGC: 1) #2 Frank Baker (VG/EX 50, centered 40/60 L/R with a deep red background and four square corners. Appears to be a solid Ex-Mt card but has been downgraded due to a slight wrinkle in the lower right corner which is visible only when carefully viewed from the reverse). 2) #32 Mordecai Brown (EX/NM 80, centered 30/70 T/B, flawless registration, square corners with just a slight hint of wear, perfectly clean front and back). 3) #43 Rube Marquard (Authentic, encapsulated by SGC as an authentic card, could not be graded due to a slight trim along the bottom border, otherwise in Good condition). 4) #66 Nap Lajoie (VG 40, virtually perfect centering, bright and crisp colors, perfect registration, and a flawless reverse. Near Mint appearance, downgraded due to a very light horizontal wrinkle that runs across the center of the card and which does not affect the card's superb eye appeal. This is a stunning card.). 5) #94 Edward Cicotte (VG/EX 50, perfectly centered, with flawless registration, even corner wear, and very minor stains on the reverse). 6) #99 Hal Chase (VG 40, well centered with evenly rounded corners and some very light caramel staining on the front and back, which is so common with this particular issue). Total 6 cards. Reserve $300. Estimate $500/$1,000. SOLD FOR $4,640.00
