1909-1911 T206 White Borders High-Grade PSA Collection (2)
Starting Bid - $500.00, Sold For - $3,190.00
Two high-grade T206 White Border tobacco cards from the famous "Harris Collection," both graded MINT 9 (OC) by PSA: Molly Miller - Dallas (Southern Leaguer) and Dode Paskert. This is a beautiful pair of high-grade cards from the most popular tobacco card issue of the 1910 era. These two examples both exhibit four sharp corners, flawless registration, and extremely strong colors. Although off-center, both of these cards display as pack-fresh gems, worthy of the finest T206 set. Paskert is centered approximately 25/75 L/R. The centering on Miller is far less dramatic (approximately 60/40 T/B), and its OC status is created in part by the card's particularly large top border. These are the highest graded examples of both cards. There are no other examples, with or without qualifiers, graded at PSA 9 (or higher) of either card. The SMR value (if they were not qualified as OC) of these two cards list for $4,550. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$1,500. SOLD FOR $3,190.00
