Madonna Signed Contract Collection for Evita (5)

Offered are five contracts signed by Madonna, each with her rare full signature ("Madonna Ciccone"), and each relating to her role in the 1996 film Evita. Madonna was under contract with Scudder Films and was actually loaned out by this production company to Wondervale Limited, the British Corporation which produced the film. The five offered contracts, each of which is signed by Madonna, detail the legal arrangements between both companies regarding the loan of her services. 1) Two identical four-page "Inductment, Guaranty and Assumption Agreement" contracts between Cinergi Pictures Entertainment Inc. (Guarantor), Scudder Films, Inc. (Lender) and Madonna (Artist). Each signed "Madonna Ciccone" ("9") in black ink, as well as by representatives of Cinergi Pictures and Scudder Films. 2) Two identical three-page contracts between Wondervale Limited and Scudder Films, each signed by "Madonna Ciccone" ("9") in black ink. 3) One-page Inductment Letter signed by "Madonna Ciccone" ("9") in black ink. The text of all five contracts refers to the date of the agreements as June 16, 1995. All of the pages (8.5 x 11 inches) have two filing punch holes at top and are otherwise in Ex condition. This is a very substantial collection of signed documents relating to one of Madonna's most highly regarded films, each bearing Madonna's rare full signature. Total 5 contracts.
