1968 Randy Hundley Chicago Cubs Game-Used Road Jersey

This Chicago Cubs flannel road jersey was game used by Randy Hundley during the 1968 season. In the neck of the jersey is a grey felt patch with "9-68-1-42" in blue chain stitch. The numbers denote the player number, year, set number, and size, respectively. On the left front tail is the "Wilson" label with the size "42" and below is the "Wilson" label reading "1968 Set 1." Across the front is "Chicago" and on the back is his player number "9." On the left sleeve is the "Cubs" patch and on the right sleeve is the "Illinois Sesquicentennial" patch. From 1966 to 1969, Hundley caught nearly every Cub game. He set a ML record with 160 games behind the plate (147 complete) in 1968, and became the first player in history to catch 150 or more games for three consecutive years (1967-69).
